Abstract
Rooted in Qur’anic ethics, the Islamic economy connects spiritual values to modern global markets. Drawing on Surat al-Nahl (16:114–116) and related verses on fairness, honesty, and equitable wealth distribution, this presentation traces how divine guidance evolved into systems shaping halal industries, Islamic finance, political economy and ethical investment. It highlights the Islamic economy’s multi-trillion-dollar impact while emphasizing shared values of justice and social responsibility that resonate across cultures. Suitable for scholars, business professionals, and general audiences alike, discussion demonstrates how timeless Qur’anic principles offer both moral direction and practical strategies for building fair, sustainable, and globally relevant economic models.
